Please NoteYour one-time $25 payment processed by The Joan Gaeta Lung Cancer Fund is your tag’s "Specialty Plate Manufacturing Fee". When you pick up your tag, the Georgia Department of Revenue - Motor Vehicle Division will collect the tag’s Annual Registration Fee ($20), the Annual Special Tag Fee ($35) and Ad Valorem Tax (this is the regular annual Ad Valorem fee associated with your individual vehicle).
