Pay the $25 Specialty Plate Manufacturing Fee below. You must pay this fee to The Joan Gaeta Lung Cancer Fund and not at the tag office.

Two

Within 48 hrs of your payment, we will send you an e-mail. Print the documents that are attached and bring them to your county's main tag office.

Three

At the main tag office, purchase the "Joan Gaeta Lung Cancer Fund Special Interest Plate". You will receive a "Temporary Operating Permit".  Your new lung cancer plate will be mailed to you.

Please Note

Your one-time $25 payment processed by The Joan Gaeta Lung Cancer Fund is your tag’s  "Specialty Plate Manufacturing Fee". When you pick up your tag, the Georgia Department of Revenue - Motor Vehicle Division will collect the tag’s Annual Registration Fee ($20), the Annual Special Tag Fee ($35) and Ad Valorem Tax (this is the regular annual Ad Valorem fee associated with your individual vehicle). on April 16th, 2012.
