Update on #LungCancer Awareness License Plates

We do not have a specific availabilty date yet; however, per the Georgia Department of Revenue's Motor Vehicle Division, we are still on schedule for late summer. 

For your information, here are the instructions for getting your plate once they are availalbe:

If you have already pre-ordered:

1. The Joan Gaeta Lung Cancer Fund will e-mail you an individually numbered receipt for your $25 pre-payment.
   
2. Print this receipt and bring it with you to your local tag office to purchase your Lung Cancer Awareness License Plate. Your $25 will be deducted from your balance due.
   
3. The state of Georgia has transitioned to a print-on-demand digital license plate. You may have noticed a difference on some of the plates you see on the road. As a result, they do not keep an inventory on hand. After your purchase, your plate will be printed and mailed to you.
